To stay at Ashworth Valley Scout Campsite, you must book 3 days in advance. This can be done by post, phone or e-mail (see contact page for details), or by using our new online booking form below.

When you arrive for your camp, you must report to Reception. Here you will be able to pay your camp fees and also be directed to your pitch/building.

Camp Fees:
(Prices indicated per night )

Scouts/Guides - £2.00 
Schools, Youth Groups etc. - £3.00

Adults - £3.50
Under 14 years (accompanied) - £3.00

Visitors - £1.00 daytime; 75p evenings.

If you are staying in one of our buildings, please add the amount per person to the cost of the building hire.

Site Opening Times:

The main gate opens at 8:00am and closes again at 10:30pm. No access to the Campsite is allowed before or after these times.

Duty Wardens:

Ashworth Valley are constantly looking for leaders to take on the role as ‘Duty Warden’, and assist the Camp Staff during a weekend. Accommodation is provided free of charge. If you are up for hard work, which can be very rewarding, contact the Campsite now!

Service Team:

Service Team is available for Scouts and Venture Scouts who want to help at the Campsite. General duties include site maintenance and assisting at events. Accommodation (for up to 8 persons only) is provided free of charge. Service Team places need to be booked in advance, and because it is in such demand, places are snapped up quickly.
